Wingate Architects have delivered a considered built form that blends between
the larger scale mixed-use buildings up the hill and the low-rise residential below Rawene.

Exterior

The terraced façade evokes the graceful row houses of London, Paris and New York, breaking down the mass of a solid street front into elegantly proportioned homes. The verticality of each house is accentuated by shiplap weatherboards and a slim recessed zone above the front doors.

Large glass openings stretch across the façade, each with vertical fenestration that recalls the portrait windows of traditional architecture, while the railing is a modern interpretation of ornate balustrades.

Inside the development, the crisp lines of the architecture are softened with lush landscaping. Dark garage doors and sleek black frames add interest and sophistication to the exterior design.
